3-4 volunteers are needed to help facilitate the FUN at Mother and Son Fun Night with City of Des Moines Parks and Recreation. Volunteer duties may include assisting staff with ticket taking, assisting in activities, serving pizza and pop, and set-up or tear-down of activities. A background check is required.
Date: Saturday March 2, 2019
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Volunteer shift is 6:00 - 9:00)
Location: Pioneer Columbus Community Recreation Center, 2100 SE 5th Street
Activities include a visit from Blank Park Zoo animals, inflatable obstacle course, laser tag, craft with the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden, PAL boxing, City of Des Moines Police and Fire, pizza and much more!
