The Animal Rescue League of Iowa is looking for a few individuals to train new volunteers on Dog Walking!
Get your steps in, enjoy the fresh air, and give pups a break from their kennel all while teaching new volunteers the ropes!
Shifts needed:
- One (consistent) weekday, weekly or biweekly for 2 hours
- Saturday morning or afternoon, weekly or biweekly for 2 hours
- Sunday morning or afternoon, weekly or biweekly for 2 hours
Job Duties:
- Train new volunteers on all duties associated with dog walking
- Ability to handle medium and large dogs
- Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the training shift
This position requires training and a volunteer profile.
