Calling all those interested in volunteering in community-based ESL programs! Iowa International Center, in partnership with Plymouth RENEW, West Des Moines Community Education, and United Way of Central Iowa, will be holding a two-day workshop to train ESL instructors and volunteers.
Join us on October 5th and 6th to improve your teaching skills and learn more about adult English language learners in a fun and hands-on training! This is an opportunity to expand your cultural awareness and knowledge of classroom techniques through a training taught by Minnesota Literacy Council’s Andrea Echelberger.
