Volunteer for the Central Iowa Kidney Walk, which raises awareness, prevention, and treatment for kidney disease. 1 in 3 individuals are at risk for kidney disease, and 1 in 9 already have it, yet only 10% are diagnosed. We invite the kidney community along with their friends, family, and supporters to celebrate the gift of life for those who have received a transplant, and to raise awareness and funds for prevention for those who are still battling the disease.
Whether you're assisting with registration, set-up, or simply cheering on the walkers, you will be positively impacting the life of those battling kidney disease.
