The National Kidney Foundation is hosting our annual NKF Golf Classic on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Des Moines Golf and Country Club at 1600 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines, IA. If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please complete the following information. This event can only be successful with the help of our dedicated volunteers.
Dress Attire: We will provide you with an official NKF Golf Classic polo! We ask that you wear khaki shorts/pants as due to dress code restrictions for the club, no denim will be allowed. Please note that all food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available through the day for volunteers.
