By celebrating Creative Visions serving Sunday Meals for over 13 years, we are hosting our 1st Annual Sunday Meal Cookout. The event will be held out side. We will block off the street (13th Street between Forest and Carpenter Avenues). We have invited a number of community agencies and organizations to bring information tables/booths to help increase awareness of the services, programs, resources, and opportunities they provide the community. We are seeking volunteers to help with the following:
- Face painting
- Street Chalk with children
- Set up
- Break down and clean up
- Assist with grilling
- Directing community agencies with tables/booths on where to set up and park
- Handing out information materials
- Serving
- Supervising games
- Miscellaneous tasks
(NOTE: Volunteers will receive instructions/directions for each area needing assistance.
