Did you know that September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month? Join us in honoring children and families across the state of Iowa in the 5th annual Flapjack 5K/10K! Funds raised through Flapjack, will help to provide quality programs of education, recreation and support to families affected by childhood cancer. The race will take place on Sunday, September 20 at Water Works Park in Des Moines with an 8:30 a.m. opening ceremony and 9:00 a.m. race start time. Registration fees are as follows:
Children (ages 3-10) $15 - April 1st through race day
Early Registration $25- Ends on Friday, September 11th at 12pm
General Registration $35 - Online registration closes Friday, September 18th at 12pm Day of Registration $40 - Race day registration will begin at 6:30am
***All participants will receive chip timer, race shirt and pancake breakfast!

6:30AM - Registration Opens ($40 day of)
8:30AM - Opening Ceremonies
9:00AM - 5K/10K run/walk on a beautiful flat course through Water Works park. Timed Event.
9:00AM - Pancake Breakfast featuring Chris Cakes! All you can eat pancakes, sausages, OJ and coffee.
