We are celebrating over 25 years in Central Iowa promoting growth and resiliency for individuals and families impacted by disabilities. Our Vision to be leaders in Integrated Care through empowering people, cultivating diversity and dismantling stigma. We make hope tangible.
What We Do
We support over 2000 individuals and families in Central Iowa impacted by disabilities such as brain injury, intellectual and other development disabilities, and mental illness. We offer a number of coordination and direct supports to assist individuals to live, work and have fun within their communities. We also promote hope, resilience and possibilities through the arts through our free Momentum Arts programs for artists with disabilities.
