Link Associates

Link Associates is a community-based, non-profit organization that provides services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Since 1953, Link Associates has impacted the lives, hopes, and dreams of hundreds of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. We respect the dignity of each person and the person's right to direct their life. We work together as a team, persons served and staff, to provide services that support those served in defining and achieving their needs and desires. We provide people with living and working environments that offer opportunities to work, learn, and socialize through supports provided by caring, skilled, and knowledgeable staff. And we provide services reflecting individual needs and desires, recognizing the persons served right to risk failure in striving to achieve their personal goals. Link Associates offers services, which are woven with a common purpose: to provide for people with intellectual disabilities and their families, within their chosen environment. The rich design of our programs is threaded with opportunities for people to lead productive, fulfilling lives in the community. Through a variety of quality service options, we focus on wants and desires rather than disabilities. There are six areas of service in which we provide these quality service options: Day Habilitation Services, Community Employment Services, Residential Services, Leisure Services, Transportation and Case Management.
