Who We Are
The Catholic Peace Ministry is a peace and justice organization which has been in Des Moines since 1980. The work is guided by a board of individuals w/ various faith traditions who call on those traditions or ethical values to put forth a vision of peace making in the community and the world.
What We Do
We provide community education on public policy related to war and the economy; war and the environment etc. This includes public information forums, legislative advocacy, material production and distribution.
