We are excited to welcome up to 15 volunteers to help Meals on Wheels promote food security in our community and help maintain a healthy growing environment for thousands of plants.
We have a 3,000 square foot hydroponic farm in the lower level of the Meals on Wheels, and we need your help to grow fresh, healthy greens that support some of the most at-risk individuals in our metro area, as well as other WesleyLife communities and the broader community. No gardening or farming experience is needed – training is provided for every task. All we ask is that volunteers bring an open mind and a desire to help nourish others.
