In collaboration with the Director of Programs, the Programming Committee is to ensure the Center for Social Ministry’s programs have sustainable strategies and are achieving their intended educational impact and outcomes.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Oversight of new program development.
- Monitor and evaluate existing programs.
- Initiate and guide program evaluations.
- Assist in the development of program business plans.
