Girls on the Run of Central Iowa 5K

At the heart of Girls on the Run are amazing volunteers whose commitment and passion change the lives of thousands of girls each year. Our volunteers are dynamic role models dedicated to empowering girls to become healthy and confident young women. Whether you have just a couple of hours a year, a season or a month to help our cause, we would love to hear from you. Current volunteers are needed to support our end of season 5K celebration.
