Do you want to be a part of one of the best festivals this side of anywhere?
Great, because each year volunteers are a vital part of the Des Moines Arts Festival. We couldn’t put on an award-winning Festival of this magnitude without YOUR help! We have a variety of different opportunities to choose from whether you are looking for just yourself or a group of people (because we all know volunteering with friends is way more fun!). All shifts are between 3-4 hours in total length and a T-Shirt, snacks, and beverages are available to volunteers during their shift
We have available opportunities for the weekend of Friday, June 24th through Sunday, June 26th.
Volunteer Opportunities:
- Our Environmental Impact Team helps reduce the Festivals environmental footprint through educating festival guests on sustainable composting and recycling practices! (Everything that is served at the festival is served in compostable containers)
- Artist Relations and Artist Assistants work with & directly help the Artists of the Festival.
- Interrobang Film Festival volunteers help put on an amazing International Film Festival
- Information Booth Volunteers help festival guests find FUN throughout the festival grounds.
- Merchandise Sales Tents help sell style with our awesome festival merchandise.
