Volunteer Managers of Central Iowa (VMCI) invites all volunteer engagement professionals to play an active role in strengthening volunteerism across Central Iowa by joining one of our committees. Committee volunteers help us plan programs, support member engagement, and shape the overall experience of our network.

Our Committees:
- Programs & Professional Development Committee – Helps plan workshops, speakers, and learning opportunities.
- Communications Committee – Supports messaging, outreach, newsletters, and digital content.
- Membership & Outreach Committee – Welcomes new members and helps grow and engage our network.
- Events & Community Engagement Committee – Assists with coordinating VMCI events and community involvement.
- Special Projects / Ad‑Hoc Groups – Contribute to short‑term initiatives that strengthen our organization.
