We are in need of a group to come host a pizza party dinner in the shelter living room on Thursday, December 7th. Volunteers will welcome families and help serve pizza and drinks. We have some tables in the living room area so that families can eat. (Our staff will be using the dining room for a meeting at this time.)
Event Information:
- Suggested time for the event is from 5:30pm - 7:00pm with set up starting at 5:00pm.
- Volunteers will need to provide pizza, paper plates and napkins.
- 8 large pizzas are needed for the event.
- Drinks and/or desserts are not required but are appreciated.
- Event could also include a children's activity, but is not required.
- This opportunity involves serving up to 15-20 people with dinner.
- Volunteers will need to come set up and clean up the event between 5:00pm -7:00pm.
