Conversation plays a critical role in our lives and our relationships with others, and adult English language learners are often keen to practice it. But how can you incorporate conversation into your lessons? This workshop will prepare you to utilize conversation circles as a teaching tool and build the speaking and listening skills of your students.
Light snacks will be provided, but dinner will not, so please plan accordingly. WDMCS Learning Resource Center is an environmentally-conscious campus, and you are encouraged to bring your own refillable water bottle.
The workshop is free of charge, thanks to a limited grant from the UCC Plymouth Church Foundation. You can help defray the cost of materials and snacks with a suggested donation of $10. Donations can be made on the registration page or at the event itself.
