Who We Are
We are On With Life, a not-for-profit organization and a Midwest leader in brain injury rehabilitation. We began as the dream of a dedicated, passionate group of survivors and their families, faced with the challenge of rebuilding lives shattered by brain injury. They envisioned a program that would provide rehabilitation services to persons living with brain injury.
What We Do
We are proud to provide a continuum of specialty services for persons served who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, stroke, tumor, aneurysm or other brain injury.
On With Life, Inc. includes our Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation, Supported Community Living, Residential Neuro Rehabilitation, and Neuropsychology Programs.
On With Life, Ltd. includes our Long-Term Skilled Care for Youth and Younger Adults Program.
On With Life Supportive Housing Corp. includes our Independent Living Program - The Apartments of OWL Creek.
