Kiwanis Miracle League At Principal Park

Who We Are

Our mission is simple--we believe that "every child deserves a chance to play baseball." Our games are all about the experience, and having fun. We are non-competitive and coed. We play two innings (with no practices)--every child bats, every child scores, and the game ends in a tie. The unique part of the player experience is that every player is matched with a "buddy". Our "Angels in the Outfield" assist the player as needed in batting, maneuvering the bases, fielding balls, etc. Not only is this a great experience of the player and the buddy, but it also allows the parents/caregivers respite--and the change to be "regular" parents, sitting in the bleachers, enjoying a hot dog, and cheering on their favorite player/team.

What We Do

Our mission is to construct and operate a baseball facility for children with physical and mental disabilities and to solicit, manage, and distribute financial and other contributions in support of the ball park.
