Mindspring Mental Health Alliance

Mindspring Mental Health Alliance is a small mental health non-profit in Des Moines, Iowa with the mission to empower community members through mental health education, advocacy, and support.

Mindspring offers no-cost mental health webinars on a wide variety of topics that are open to the public. Mindspring provides individuals with guidance through our no-cost resource and referral line and distribute resources, news, and other relevant mental health information. We provide both peer and family led support groups within the community and facilitate crisis intervention training(s) to first responders. Mindspring has built relationships within the communities we serve by providing additional training, simulations, and unique resources to further educate community members and amplify mental health support.
