Mission: Urban Dreams advocates for all members of the community, breaking down barriers to success and collaborating with key stakeholders to overcome obstacles and uplift underserved and underrepresented people. Vision: Our Urban Dream is to create equal opportunity and access for people to pursue their Dreams.

Many programs and departments designed to meet the needs of the community by breaking down barriers to access. Food pantry - no restrictions to access (no residency or income restrictions, no limit on number of times you can come, no restrictions on where else you can go). Substance abuse and mental health. Partnerships and programs with DMPS. Free community events, with DMPD and DMFD volunteers, providing positive out of car police experiences.
