Dew Tour

Summer Dew Tour is an international skateboard competition that will serve as the only U.S.-based Olympic Qualifying Event this year before skateboarding makes its debut in Tokyo this Summer. Over the last four years Dew Tour has established and refined its sustainability program, taking actions to reduce environmental impacts in several areas, include socially driven organizations, and promote environmentally friendly practices in the sport.

Our dedicated volunteer group will be the boots-on-the-ground that help reach our landfill diversion goals and reduce the event carbon footprint. Sustainability volunteers will top-sort recyclable and compostable material (a.k.a. bin guarding) in the competition venue and event offices. This can include serving as program ambassadors to show attendees how to properly dispose of their waste, for those that are comfortable engaging with attendees.
