Want to help the Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity, but building just isn’t your thing? Come help us out at ReStore, a discount home improvement store selling new and gently used home improvement materials, with all proceeds going directly back into GDM Habitat. ReStore is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. After a short orientation, volunteers will load and unload donations, sort and price items, stock shelves, clean, and other exciting, indoor activities. ReStore volunteers must be at least 14 years old.
